Hurricane Humberto forecast to become 'major' storm, lash Bermuda with heavy rain, high winds



The third hurricane of the Atlantic hurricane season continues to strengthen at sea Tuesday, bringing the threat of high winds and heavy rain to Bermuda in addition to potentially deadly rip currents to the Southeast coast.
