Dominican tourism minister says autopsy results will reveal causes of deaths, insists island is safe



The minister of tourism in the Dominican Republic insisted that the Caribbean island, which welcomed more than 6.5 million visitors from around the world last year, is safe to travel amid a rash of deaths of American tourists at luxury hotels and resorts.
