Texas tourists drown in Turks and Caicos after getting caught in fast-moving tide



A vacation to paradise in the Turks and Caicos Islands morphed into tragedy on Monday when three tourists from Texas, including a married couple, drowned after getting caught in a fast-moving tide, authorities and locals said.
